Cactus Pete's is one of the few places in Burlington where you can get a decent rack of ribs. This, combined with a pretty good sized menu, a full salad bar, and a large "Bar" bar make Pete's a good place to grab dinner with family or friends.
Cactus Pete's is a little bit out of the way (down on Rte. 7). It can be a bit hard for first year students to get down there, but its worth the trip if your in the mood for ribs!
