I'm sitting next to my roomate, who brought to my attention, you and I share ALL of your interests. I am learning Tele, have skiied alpine all my life, I am looking forward to hiking the long trail, rock climbing... etc. My roomate and I live in a 3 person apartment @ 42 Converse Ct. One of our roomates is leaving and we need to rent out the space if we want to continue living here. It is more than likeley smaller than what you are looking for, but it's really nice. It has hardwood floors throughout, spacious common rooms and free heat and water. Coin OP laundry in basement as well as more basement storage than you will ever need. We are located off of Hickock St. kinda behind Pearl St. Beverage. Primo location between downtown, UVM and the waterfront. $575 per month + electric (around $15 per person per month).
